HOTEL:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Booking must be guaranteed by credit card and the same card has to be presented for check-in process. Full payment will be charged after the reservation is confirmed.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. A registered check-in guest must be aged 18 years or above with valid travel document.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  4. For any amendment or cancellation of booking, please contact the Hotel Reservation before 6:00 p.m. (local time) at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalty.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  5. Any amendment or cancellation of booking received after 6:00 p.m. (local time) 48 hours prior to arrival and \/ or No-Show, the total of room charge, incidental charge, service charge and government tax of the first night will be imposed as late cancellation penalty from credit card on file.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  6. Early arrival, late departure or extension of stay is subject to the hotel\u2019s availability at the time the request is raised. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  7. Upon check-in, a deposit in a fixed amount per room per night will be collected by the Hotel in cash or by credit card pre-authorization. The Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the deposit any incidental charges incurred by the registered guests and \/ or their accompanying guests, including any damages caused to the Hotel\u2019s property.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  8. The maximum number of registered persons in any room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children below aged 13. The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) is subject to a surcharge of MOP\/HKD 400 per person per night plus 10% service charge and 5% government tax and supplementary charge.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  9. All offer inclusions are on a per room per night basis, unless stated differently. Unused offer benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  10. All requests are subject to availability.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  11. Indoor swimming pool opens from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  12. Guest car park is open 24 hours.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  13. Guests are entitled free self-parking during the stay. Please proceed to Concierge upon check-out.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  14. All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  15. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Hotel has the right at any time to discontinue or change this offer.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  16. The Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  17. In case of dispute, the decision of the Hotel shall be final.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  18. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version will prevail.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      3. Offer is only valid for designated Staff Card holders.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      4. The service charge is calculated based on the original price: Stanley\u2019s Caf\u00e9, Signature Noodles and Brown & Friends Cafe & Bistro: Price is subject to 10% service charge; Angela\u2019s Caf\u00e9 and Lounge: Price is subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tourism tax.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      5. Macau Theme Park and Resort II Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Macau Theme Park and Resort II Limited shall be final.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      7. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
