Full payment will be charged after the reservation is confirmed.<\/li><li>A registered check-in guest must be aged 16 years or above with valid travel document.<\/li><li>Any amendment, name change, refund or cancellation of booking are not allowed once reservation is confirmed.<\/li><li>Final period of stay is subject to the period recommended by Macau SS and Macau Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Room charge will be adjusted according to the final period of stay.<\/li><li>Booking is non-refundable and no change shall be provided except in the following circumstances:<ul><li>Official departure prohibition by government of guest\u2019s country of resident;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Official entry prohibition by Macau government;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Guest is reported failure of the COVID-19 Testing by government of guest\u2019s country of resident or Macau government.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The total of room charge and incidental charge of the whole stay period will be imposed as late cancellation penalty from credit card on file if guest fails to check in or no show.<\/li><li>Deposit MOP 3,000 of for your stay, plus a certain amount to cover the incidental charges is required either in cash or by valid credit card upon check-in.<\/li><li>Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Hotel has the right at any time to discontinue or change this offer.<\/li><li>The Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.<\/li><li>In case of dispute, the decision of the Hotel shall be final.<\/li><li>If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version will prevail.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Rates are exempt of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
