The curated menu features three exclusive dishes \u201cSuckling Pig Croissant\u201d, \u201cGratinated Goat Cheese\u201d and \u201cWet Seafood Rice Chef Antonio Style\u201d. The Suckling Pig Croissant is a limited-edition fusion dish that combines the renowned handmade croissant from \u201cAngela\u2019s Caf\u00e9 and Lounge\u201d with Chef Ant\u00f3nio\u2019s family recipe for traditional roast suckling pig, served with a variety of sauces and vegetables, offering a multi crispy flavor. The Gratinated Goat Cheese is featuring soft, warm roasted goat cheese paired with organic fig jam, acacia honey, balsamic vinegar and aromatic cumin bread, achieving a perfect balance of sweetness.
