The Tray Race upholds its festive tradition, Lisboeta Macau participates in a team of one male and two female representatives, dressed in nostalgic Macanese-Portuguese attire to demonstrate the exceptional skills and balance in carrying the trays topped with a bottle of beer. The race begin from the Ruins of St. Paul\u2019s, weaving through the lively streets and densely populated commercial zones around Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, prior the finish line at Senado Square. The team\u2019s performance earn resounding applause from spectators and showcase the professionalism and vibrant spirit of Macau\u2019s hospitality industry.<\/p>\n
